The VPC 300 is a rigid foam absorber (see images to the right) made of expanded polypropylene (EPP) material. Periodic pyramid absorbers can provide good electromagnetic absorbing properties at frequencies ranging from 0.5GHz to 40GHz.  Absorbers typically are used in back wall, side wall, floor and ceiling of major reflection zones of an anechoic chamber.
